Since Swedish is the default language of the site, this issue mainly affects users who use the web library in Finnish. If the site is translated using the browser’s automatic translation feature (e.g. in Chrome or Firefox), the translations may be misleading or incorrect. For example, renewing loans may not work if the page has been translated by the browser.
How to ensure the correct language version is used:
If you suspect that the page has been automatically translated by your browser, you can change the language from the web library’s language menu:
On small screens: in the menu that opens from the top right corner.
On large screens: in the top right corner, next to the login button.
